Whitney is a mom of two sweet and wild boys. She is passionate about supporting others in their mental health and wellbeing through her work as a Wellbeing Coordinator, Therapist, Adjunct Professor, and Writer. Outside of work, she loves family time, nature walks, writing, reading, music, singing, libraries, cafes, exploring new foods, and drinking lots of tea. Writing has become her go-to outlet as I navigate motherhood and juggle the many moving pieces of life. Whitney hopes to help others focus on prioritizing their needs, practicing self-care, and embracing the process.
