Thank you for partnering with Rochester Mom Collective (“we,” “our,” or “us”)! These Advertising Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all advertising, sponsorship, and listing purchases made through our website, invoices, or by email confirmation.
By purchasing advertising or sponsorship with Rochester Mom Collective, you agree to these Terms and to the Master Advertising Services Agreement, which together govern all placements and activations.
1. Advertising & Sponsorship Placements
All placements—including sponsored content, digital ads, guide listings, and social promotions—are defined as “Services.”
The details of each campaign (placement type, dates, pricing, and deliverables) are outlined in your invoice, email confirmation, or online order, which together act as the Statement of Work (SOW) under our Master Advertising Services Agreement.
2. Payments
- All advertising and sponsorship fees must be paid in full prior to the campaign start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment confirms your space and constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
- Once a campaign or listing has begun, all fees are non-refundable.
3. Content & Creative Materials
- Advertisers are responsible for providing all creative materials (logos, images, copy, links) by the deadlines communicated.
- We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any content that does not align with our brand values or violates our community standards (including but not limited to inappropriate, misleading, or discriminatory content).
- All content must be family-friendly, truthful, and compliant with applicable advertising laws.
4. Scheduling & Publication
- Campaigns and listings will run according to the dates listed in your order or invoice.
- While we make every effort to publish on schedule, we may adjust timing as needed for editorial or technical reasons.
- If materials are submitted late, we cannot guarantee full campaign delivery.
5. Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations must be made in writing before campaign start dates.
- If cancellation occurs after payment or once materials have been received, we may charge for time and administrative costs already incurred.
- Campaigns may be rescheduled at our discretion when possible.
6. Performance
Rochester Mom Collective does not guarantee specific results (clicks, impressions, or conversions). Metrics may be provided for transparency but are for reference only.
7. Intellectual Property
All creative content produced by Rochester Mom Collective—including copy, photography, and graphics—remains our property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Advertisers grant us permission to use logos, names, and provided materials for the purpose of fulfilling and promoting the campaign.
8. Liability
Rochester Mom Collective is not responsible for errors in advertiser-provided materials or for technical issues beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign.
9. Agreement
By submitting payment or confirming an advertising purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Advertising Terms & Conditions and the Master Advertising Services Agreement.
