This isn’t your average holiday event — it’s a beautifully curated Christmas experience designed for families who love festive fun in a truly magnificent setting.

Tickets | Everyone twelve (12) months of age and older needs a ticket to attend. There are no exceptions to this policy; it is for your own safety and high-quality experience, as well as our own planning purposes.
What to Expect
- A Breathtaking Venue: Enjoy the holiday sparkle inside Arbor at the Port, a modern, light-filled event space overlooking the harbor — the perfect backdrop for family memories.
- Delicious Local Donuts: Savor mouthwatering donuts from the much-loved Zarpentine Farms of Hilton, NY, paired perfectly with freshly brewed coffee.
- Meet Santa Himself: Capture the magic with a professional family photo with our Santa, beautifully photographed by Alana Colotti Photography and a balloon-filled backdrop created by Balloons By Kenz.
- NEW! Performance by The Sugar Plum Fairy from Rochester City Ballet’s The Nutcracker.
- Free, Easy Parking: Convenient and plentiful parking right next door at Ontario Beach Park.
- Festive Family Fun: Kids will delight in hands-on holiday activity stations hosted by our wonderful sponsors — and our littlest guests can explore a cozy soft play area provided by Petite Props N Playland.

The Margaret Home
We will be collecting needed items at our event for The Margaret Home. The Margaret Home is a residential program that supports and empowers pregnant and parenting mothers. We are asking guests to bring at least one item to the event which we will take care of delivering to The Margaret Home. Needed items include: laundry detergents, dishwasher pods, hand soaps, Clorox wipes, Swiffer wet mop pads, paper towels, garbage bags, Pampers size 5 diapers and diaper genie refills.

FAQs
Where is this happening? Arbor at the Port is located at the Port of Rochester on Lake Ontario at Ontario Beach Park.
What about parking? There is plenty of free parking!
Where do we enter? Enter at the William A. Johnson Terminal Building at the Port of Rochester.
Do I need a physical ticket? No, we will have the name of the guest who purchased the tickets on our list at check-in.
Will there be highchairs available? We are afraid that highchairs will NOT be available at the venue.
Can we take our own pictures with Santa? Yes, families can take their own pictures with Santa in addition to our professional photographer taking your photo.
What pictures will I receive and how? Families will receive 2 edited digital images from Alana Colotti Photography to download after the event.
What will there be to do besides see Santa? Enjoy coffee, juice and donuts from Zarpentine Farms. Kids can enjoy our Activity Stations including ornament making and writing letters to Santa. Infants and toddlers can play in our softplay area provided by Petite Props N Playland. Have fun taking photos at our Photo Booth station!
Event Policies & Disclaimers
- Tickets: Please note that no tickets will be sold at the door. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Communications: By purchasing a ticket, attendees will be subscribed to the Rochester Mom Collective email list to ensure timely updates and important event information.
- Photography & Media Release: Photos and videos will be captured throughout the event for use by Rochester Mom Collective and its partners on websites, social media, and future promotional materials. Attendance and ticket purchase signify your consent to be photographed or recorded.
- Santa Photos: All professional photos taken with Santa will be available in a shared online gallery for attendees to access after the event.
