Baby Café USA is a network of breastfeeding drop-ins run by lactation specialists that offer education and support to any pregnant woman or breastfeeding mom in the community, at any stage in their breastfeeding journey.

Beautiful Birth Choices Breastfeeding Cafe
Breastfeeding Cafe meets in person Wednesday at 10 AM. Registration to attend in person is strongly encouraged. Our informal breastfeeding support group is a place for you to spend time with other breastfeeding parents and our group facilitator to ask questions, listen, share and learn more about parenting through breastfeeding in a friendly, safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. To attend this group, we’re kindly asking for your financial support of $3 per meeting. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

Rochester Regional Health: Lactation Education After Discharge (LEAD) Program
Call us to set up a free one on one lactation consultation with our internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants. This individualized visit can address lactation concerns of mom and baby and out staff can help you work through discomforts and concerns so you can enjoy your breastfeeding journey.
