In this multi-dimensional celestial experience, you’ll enjoy a powerful combination of movement, music, and meditation under the starry sky of the Planetarium dome.
We’ll breathe mindfully and flow gracefully on our mats as we move in sync with the constellations and the many wonders of the galaxy.
- This is an all-levels slow flow vinyasa class.
- All bodies welcome, no prior experience needed.
- BYOM – bring your own mat.
