Get ready to learn how to easily integrate purposeful play activities such as tummy time, rolling, and sitting seamlessly into your daily life. This class allows one parent or both parents and their baby to prioritize a simple and easy movement routine for overall health and wellness. You will learn activities to promote gross motor development in your baby (or babies) while learning simple strength/flexibility exercises to optimize your wellness. Modifications can be made for anyone with physical limitations /restrictions as well as for babies. Handouts will be provided and there will be time for questions (regarding babies or parents).
This class is perfect for anyone with a baby 3-7 months of age whose also looking for a simple movement routine. Sometimes it’s hard to sneak away for a full 1-2 hour workout routine when you have a baby-this class will show you how easy it is to incorporate exercise into your daily life. Learn how to progress tummy time, facilitate rolling, and work towards independent sitting. Parents, you can also learn simple stretches/mobility techniques to address the common aches and pains that come with baby handling as well as basic strengthening exercises to get back to your fitness routine/promote overall health and wellness.
