Beth was born and raised in Livingston County where she currently lives with her husband and 3 kids who span from elementary school, to high school and to college! She has her doctorate in social work and has been a licensed mental health worker for over 15 years providing support to clients as well as other clinicians as they navigate life’s challenges and stressors. Beth is passionate about the sharing the undiscovered joys of rural living as well as supporting Moms with unique challenges that can present themselves when living outside of the city. When she is not at one of her children’s sporting events or theatrical performances, she can be found cheering loud, supporting the Buffalo Bills. She is deeply committed to advocating for and improving rural mental health access and supports and is actively involved with the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health team.
